High precision spindle
The main bearing of the machine tool adopts NSK ultra-high precision angular contact ball bearing to ensure the high rigidity and lasting accuracy of the spindle, and the spindle runout is less than 3 μ M.

The new row tool holder makes the error of repeated tool change smaller, the tool change is high-speed and accurate, and can greatly save the processing time.

Guide rail structure of machine tool
The machine tool guide adopts Taiwan PMI high precision linear guide, and is equipped with automatic lubrication system to ensure high-speed feeding of each axis for a long time.

Clamping mechanism of high speed hydraulic cylinder
The traditional lever type mechanical clamping mechanism is replaced by the high-speed hydraulic cylinder clamping mechanism, which makes the clamping mechanism stable, reliable and less fault.

High precision feed
The servo drive of each feed axis adopts Taiwan PMI high-precision ball screw to ensure the machining accuracy and long-term accuracy. The repeated positioning accuracy of each feed axis is less than 2 μ M.
